agriculture and energy production coexist at colorado ranch

On the Guttersen Ranch in Weld County, Colorado, we’ve reduced the surface footprint of our operations more than 95% and greenhouse gas emissions by 90% using next-gen facility designs.

Art Guttersen's ranch has been in his family for over 85 years. He gave Chevron exclusive rights to develop oil and natural gas on the land in 2018.

Now the ranch is an example of how agriculture and energy production can work together to better local communities in Colorado.
